Our Produce

We grow a wide range of vegetables during three seasons - spring, summer, and fall. Spring produce includes mixed salad greens, arugula, baby bok choy, radishes, salad turnips, scallions, kale, chard, and lettuce. Customers are often surprised that so much can be produced during the chilly spring months, but many types of roots and greens actually thrive in cool weather.

Warmer temperatures bring the typical summer goodies - tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, onions, garlic, eggplant, cucumbers, summer squash, carrots, beets, and more. It's hard to resist fresh tomatoes straight from the garden, but summer produce is so much more than just corn and tomatoes.

The cooler weather of fall brings back many of the cool weather crops grown in the spring time. A few new crops often make an appearance, including storage radishes and turnips, winter squash, napa cabbage, and kohlrabi.

We also offer a variety of fresh herbs throughout the season. Expect to find cilantro, dill, parsley, mint, oregano, sage, thyme, and more at most of our markets. A few seasonal surprises might make appearances, like dill flowers and green coriander. Basil is available during the hot summer months.

Flowers are a passion project at our small farm. We just love the pollinators they bring to the garden and the beauty a colorful bouquet adds to the dining room table. Our selection of flowers is continually evolving, with many of our most popular flowers being amaranthus, celosia, cosmos, dahlias, snapdragons, sunflowers, and zinnias. We strive to offer mixed bouquets at markets throughout the season.
